Cytek全光譜流式細胞儀 (Analyzer & Sorter)
技術優勢
(1) 突破傳統流式細胞儀在螢光組合上的限制:
例如:APC與Alexa Flour 647或BB515與FITC可放在同一個螢光組合(Panel)。
(2)具自體螢光排除(Autofluorescence extraction)功能，可降低背景值干擾並大幅提升解析度。
(3)可重複使用Reference Control (Single stained control；單染)數據，可大大節省樣本使用，適用於珍貴樣本，例如小鼠樣本。
(4) 搭載紫光雷射散射光(Violet-SSC)偵測器與0.04μm孔徑之鞘流液過濾器(in-line sheath filter)的機型可偵測微小顆粒(small particles)，如外泌體(exosomes)、病毒等，其分析解析度可至100 nm以下；加裝選配的ESP系統，即可偵測70 nm的粒子。
(5) 適用於幾乎99%以上市售的螢光試劑；若想偵測新種類螢光試劑，也不需新增光學濾片或偵測器等硬體設備即可進行。
